The cuisine follows the same pattern as the flagship Mocotó, namely informal and inclusive cuisine that combines influences from the Sertão region courtesy of founder José Almeida (the chef's father) and an innovative approach from renowned cook Rodrigo Oliveira. Even though the original chef is not present In this Vila Leopoldina outpost, it is clear that the brand’s identity remains intact through expressive flavours and seasonings.
