"The menu at this restaurant has been designed by German chef Oliver Glowig, now an ambassador for the type of Italian cuisine showcased here. We highly recommend the tasting menu, which will give you a delicious overview of the chef’s different dishes, but if you do decide to order from the à la carte, the tournedos Rossini with foie gras and spinach is an excellent choice. Various local labels stand out on the wine list, including a remarkable Marsovin Antonin 2021 which is full and round yet retains a fruity character.
