"They don’t get much more spectacular than the Château Le Nessay, a picture-perfect castle at the end of a peninsula in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer’s harbor. It’s relatively intimate in scale, for a chateau at least, and its rooms, divided between the main house and several outbuildings, all face the beach or look out to sea. The interior style is perhaps a touch more contemporary than the architecture might lead you to believe, and to fine effect — the look is low-key, rustic, and unpretentious.
