"Less a hotel than a restaurant with rooms, Edinbane Lodge makes its home on the Isle of Skye, in a hunting lodge that dates back to 1543. That’s not to say the rooms are unremarkable — in fact the six of them combine local tweeds and tartans and a full complement of tasteful modern comforts, to great effect.
