Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta Just Unveiled a $20 Million Renovation
"Located on Las Estacas Beach in Puerto Vallarta, this family-friendly all-inclusive resort just completed a $20 million renovation that refreshed the North Tower’s 244 rooms and added new amenities across the property. Guest rooms now feature custom woodwork, upgraded ocean-view balconies with sliding glass doors, new air-conditioning units, smart TVs and Nespresso machines; the property totals 335 rooms across 18 categories, from standard doubles to a 1,500-square-foot presidential penthouse, with adults-only rooms that offer swim-up pool access. Dining is a major draw, with 12 (soon to be 13) restaurants including traditional Mexican at Casa Grande, Vietnamese- and Thai-inspired dishes at Pureza, oceanside Latin-American grilled seafood at Blaze, and a new teppanyaki-style Asian fusion spot, Tamari, while an oceanfront Italian venue, Melanzanne, is scheduled to open later this year.
