A Familiar All-Day Burger Brand Just Fired Up The Grill in North Dallas - Eater Dallas
"Tex-Mex destination Lupe Tortilla is making good on its plans to blanket North Dallas with locations. Its latest 8,000-square-foot location in Addison (4535 Belt Line Road) just opened inside a former Romano’s Macaroni Grill space. The lengthy menu touts 60 items made from scratch, including its popular lime and pepper marinated beef and chicken fajitas with hand-pressed corn tortillas. Lupe Tortilla made its Dallas debut in July, with others planned for Allen by year-end and Forth Worth in early 2020. The brand dates back to 1983 in the outskirts of Houston." - Tierney Plumb
