Valdemar Estates is a restaurant, tasting room, and winery. We serve tapas (small plates) that pair perfectly with the wines we make at our wineries in Walla Walla and in Rioja, Spain. We are open by reservation only from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. Make reservations at our website. We invite you to sit on our expansive balcony and take in an unrivaled view of the Blue Mountains. Our balcony features a reflecting pool and a wall waterfall, as well as misters that feel wonderful on those hot summer days.
