Soup Shack Opens in Jamaica Plain - Eater Boston
"Soup Shack, located at 779 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, is a new restaurant opening on June 18. It specializes in Asian soups with offerings in three categories: Vietnamese pho, Japanese ramen, and Thai noodle soup. The menu features dishes such as tom yum noodle soup, kao soi from northern Thailand, dac biet pho, pork and shrimp pho, spicy beef noodle soup, and various styles of ramen including miso, shoyu, tonkotsu, and vegetarian. The restaurant also offers appetizers like gyoza and steamed buns, along with salads, rice bowls, and sides.
