Cider bar · Deep Ellum

@eater

"Trinity Cider is a new bar dedicated solely to hard cider, offering a variety of 'sophisticated craft cider' with different flavor profiles. They focus on dry to semi-dry ciders made with apple and pear, but also have inventive options like peach cider and barrel-aged tart cherry cider in the works. The bar is particularly exciting for those avoiding gluten and carbs, as they plan to offer dry ciders free from both. Expected to open in May, the project is led by owner Bryan Meyer and head ciderist Jeremy Bridge." - Amy McCarthy
