"Soon to open in Deep Ellum, Trinity Cider will be the neighborhood's first bar devoted solely to crisp, fizzy hard cider. The project, led by owner Bryan Meyer and head ciderist Jeremy Bridge, will serve a menu of "sophisticated craft cider" with a range of flavor profiles, focusing mostly on dry to semi-dry apple and pear ciders while also exploring inventive options like peach cider and barrel-aged tart cherry cider. I'm particularly excited that the bar plans to offer dry ciders free from both gluten and carbs, and Meyer says Trinity Cider will push the boundaries of conventional cider and transform how you experience it.
