"An airside concession at Gatwick Airport opened in the last week of October through a partnership with TRG Concessions; it is the chain’s eleventh UK site and—once the City of London Mansion House location stops serving breakfast on 12 November—will be the only UK outlet offering the brand’s breakfast. The limited breakfast menu includes three sandwiches (sausage patty, bacon, egg & cheese; bacon, egg & cheese; and egg & cheese), all served on a toasted Martin’s potato roll, a format praised by Eater New York’s Ryan Sutton in 2013 as “the future of fast food breakfast.” The Gatwick opening is the first of several planned travel-hub sites with TRG, which operates other hospitality brands such as Costa, Frankie & Benny’s and Comptoir Libanais, and represents both a commercial coup and a likely draw for travelers—although whether passengers will pay to pass security for breakfast remains uncertain." - Adam Coghlan
