"According to Downtown Bellevue Network, Nordstrom is planning to re-open its Bellevue department store restaurant, Nordstrom Grill, this November in the spot recently vacated by the retailer’s Japanese-influenced Tom Douglas collaboration, Department Bento. The Grill, which will be located on the second level of the store, originally closed in March of last year to make way for the bento place. But it seems as though Nordstrom is willing to give its original restaurant another shot. Past menu items at the Grill included grilled halibut, crab mac ‘n’ cheese, and a variety of burgers." - Gabe Guarente
