"Fairbanks’ only Moldovan restaurant, Soba is a cute, quiet place run by a Moldovan couple who immigrated to Alaska nearly 15 years ago. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the chefs are not afraid to pair their traditional Moldovan offerings with a pile of golden french fries when it’s what the dish calls for.
