"A white-table-cloth institution with a loyal fanbase, Bis on Main will be taken over by Bobby Moore on October 1; he plans to honor the hard work the owner has put into it over the last 24 years, retain the staff, and keep the name while Sal Gonzalez remains as the restaurant's chef. I will keep much of the current menu but put twists on some dishes and enhance it with more local and seasonal ingredients, working with farmers Moore developed relationships with during his time at Barking Frog, and I plan some remodeling—probably knocking down a few walls—to give the space a more open vibe.
