"After over a quarter century at Joe’s Stone Crab, chef Andre Bienvenu opened his own restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. This time, the chef has expanded his horizons to include USDA Prime steaks, along with locally sourced seafood, including a good sushi selection. As you would expect, if stone crabs are in season, they’re a must-order, but equally good are the oysters and chilled shrimp.
