"We got there early for lunch and hit up this bakery from my husband’s youth, where he used to walk over to pick up bread for his dad and stepmother. We shared the Yaddo sandwich ($14.99)—a beautiful stack of turkey-bacon-cheddar-spinach-chipotle ranch, with shaved turkey packed together, ooey-gooey cheese, and a zingy sauce between slices of sourdough—and the Chicken Lisa salad ($14.99), a big plop of chunky chicken salad atop greens, walnuts, and dried cranberries that made a nice, hearty side." - Jaya Saxena
