"Rodizio Grill plans to open this fall with a full roster of rotisserie-grilled meats such as beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and fish, carved table side by traditionally dressed gauchos. A massive salad bar features more than 30 fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, and hot side dishes, including black bean soup, whipped potatoes, sautéed collard greens, and Brazilian cheese bread. Diners can order fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian limeades, cocktails, or Brazilian-imported wines and beers, then can finish their meals with desserts such as flan, cinnamon pastries, three-layer chocolate cake, and more.
