Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs opens a second location in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"Quickly established as a favorite breakfast and brunch destination after expanding from northern Nevada to Las Vegas in 2017, this family-run operation (in business since 1991 with eight locations statewide) opened a 3,162-square-foot full-service restaurant that serves as a second Henderson location. Housed in the former Pei Wei Asian Diner with a distinctive angled front entrance and located a short distance from Sunset Station and across from the Galleria at Sunset, the dining room features turquoise booth seating and a generous, “glorified” portion menu that specializes in skillets, omelets, and Eggs Benedicts, while adding sandwiches and burgers for lunch.
