"The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay offers an open air lounging area ideal for corporate types and business travelers. Chef Dustin Taylor, previously at The Anchor in Venice, now heads Flora, the hotel's rooftop garden-inspired restaurant. The menu includes items like bread with herb butter, spot prawn and cod cheek with asparagus, miso butter fondue, and black rice, or beets with greens and goat cheese.
