"Set to open in May 2023 inside Hotel Mac, Biancoverde will be operated by Blanca Zepedalomeli and Juvenal Magaña (the couple behind Richmond’s Mi Casa Grill); renovations to the dining room are already underway, the plan is to serve Italian food, and there are also intentions to bring back the bar using the space’s full liquor license.
