California Fish Grill and In-N-Out Burger head to Spring Valley - Eater Vegas
"California Fish Grill is making its first out-of-state expansion to Las Vegas, specifically to a Spring Valley location at the under-construction Rainbow Commons retail hub, at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Sunset Road, close to the 215. California Fish Grill will occupy a 2,800-square-foot corner space to offer a large menu including bowls, salads, and tacos, as well as classics like battered fish and chips, breaded shrimp, scallops or calamari, and fried catfish. Specialty dishes are cooked over a flame grill and served with a choice of sauce, including options such as Cajun seared ahi, rainbow trout, barramundi, Atlantic salmon, and tilapia." - Bradley Martin
