"Plant Power is a vegan fast-food restaurant expanding to San Diego State University, taking over the space formerly occupied by The Den. Known for its vegan and vegetarian-friendly menu, it offers plant-based fast food such as ‘chicken’ nuggets, almond milk milkshakes, ‘fish’ filet sandwiches, and The Big Zac.
