"Set inside the Boulevard Mall, the 60,000-square-foot family fun center John’s Incredible Pizza has retooled its massive buffet into a technology-powered, all-you-can-eat table-service restaurant to operate safely during the coronavirus pandemic. Customers now order via the John’s app — developed by John’s in-house operations and IT team — and all food is brought to diners’ tables. The buffet-style offerings still include pastas, pizzas, fried chicken, a 40-plus-item salad bar, soups, potatoes and desserts, while the entertainment side features more than 100 games, full-size amusement park rides and attractions such as bumper cars, a spinning twister ride and a swinging plane. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and it joins other Las Vegas buffets that have reopened." - Susan Stapleton
