"This award-winning cha chaan teng-inspired Hong Kong restaurant in Quincy is bringing back the Rubato Big Red Bao to amp up festive vibes this year. They’re big red steamed baos topped with gold dust, a touch of auspicious blessing for making a fortune. These delicious baos are filled with pork, chicken, shrimp, Chinese sausage, shiitake mushroom, and a whole soft-boiled egg. The bao will be available in-store only on Saturday, January 25, Sunday, January 26, and Wednesday, January 29. You can also pre-order the treats by emailing bigredbaorubato@gmail.com with your name, date and time for pick-up, number of bao desired, and phone number. Deadline to pre-order is Wednesday, January 22." - Erika Adams, Valerie Li Stack
