"After starting as a free-sample pop-up and moving through a short-lived scoop and a stint at Keg & Case, Sweet Science has landed a permanent shop in the Nolan Mains development at 3945 Market Street and expects to be open by the end of May. I understand Ashlee Olds uses “actual science” to make a denser, richer ice cream, producing intensely flavored offerings such as smoked vanilla honey, rhubarb cinnamon almond, and boozy varieties like a Manhattan; until the new shop opens, pints are sold at local grocers including Whole Foods, the Golden Fig, and Kowalskis." - Joy Summers
