"In spring 2024, chef Raheem Sealey (Kyu and Drinking Pig BBQ) opened this Hollywood spot, where an Asian-inspired, seafood-forward menu drew instant raves for fresh fish, oysters, and fried chicken. Though fairly new, it has closed temporarily, with an Instagram note that it will “open November 2025,” while Sealey and J&C Oyster chef Monika Dominguez collaborate at Shiso in Wynwood — presumably while taking a sabbatical from J&C." - Laine Doss
