"Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a three-course Easter dinner on Sunday, April 4, from 4 p.m. to close for $40 per person with a spring dinner salad, followed by roast rack of lamb with a Dijon mustard and herb crust served with mint sauce, au gratin potatoes, and spring vegetables.
