David Chang’s Famous Fried Chicken Heads to Capital One Arena - Eater DC
"Virginia native turned hospitality magnate David Chang will finally give locals a taste of his cult fried chicken chain, Fuku, this fall when he sets up shop inside Capital One Arena. The Washington Post reports that Chang is finally importing the three-year-old, fast-food spin-off he first shared with New Yorkers in 2015 as part of a $40 million renovation the sports and entertainment complex hopes to complete by October.
