North 5th Brewing Co., the first craft beer brewery in North Las Vegas, opens in 2021 - Eater Vegas
"North 5th Brewing Co. will operate out of 60 Mayflower Ave., five miles north of downtown, in an industrial neighborhood close to the namesake Fifth Street. Owned by Amanda Payan and her brother, Matt, new head brewer Patrick Tofte previously held the same position at Fremont Street’s Banger Brewing. The brewery will use a 10-barrel brewing system, producing 1,000 barrels a year within the 7,439-square-foot building. It also includes a 1,100-square foot brew pub for 85 customers and a store selling branded goods. The brewery promises a membership program and plans to serve growlers and crowlers." - Bradley Martin
