"Coronado Café at South Point will serve a three-course meal including a glass of wine or cocktail, available for $15.95 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Day. Dinner starts with a choice of a Christmas salad with iceberg and green leaf lettuce, red and yellow tear drop tomatoes, Champagne vinaigrette, and white cheddar popcorn; a Waldorf salad with diced apple and celery with grapes and chopped walnuts folded in Waldorf dressing in a lettuce cup; or Christmas soup. Coronado Cafe has a choice of herb-roasted young turkey, with giblet gravy, apple and chestnut dressing, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, maple-glazed yams, green beans, and cranberry relish or rotisserie stuffed pork loin with cranberry and walnut dressing, pan gravy, and baked or Yukon gold mashed potatoes with green beans.
