"At Chef Peja Krstic’s newest restaurant in Bishop Arts, Pillar, brunch comes to life on Sundays between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Look for playful takes on milk and cereal made with flaky grain sheets that fall apart in the bowl, Japanese pancakes topped with a chocolate shell, and the thickest piece of French toast in town topped with freshly made whipped cream and drizzles of caramel and syrup. Everything is a little bit extra, with dashes of Asian spice profiles added in, which is Krstic’s signature style.
