"This Pacific Highway taqueria is a Tigard standby for gargantuan burritos, meat-stuffed quesadillas, and its case chock-full of Mexican breads and pastries. However, it’s hard to miss the tacos here, with house-made, beautifully executed white corn tortillas, soft and hearty in size. Fillings include the classics — chorizo, asada, carnitas — but the balance of char and acidity on the pastor makes it a fun option.
