New Vietnamese Coffee Shops Are Opening in NYC | Eater NY
"The co-editors of An American Girl Anthology are appearing at the museum for a panel titled “Eating Breakfast Like it’s 1774,” featuring co-editors KC Hysmith and Justine Orlovsky-Schnitzler with baker Lauren Dozier (making cookies for the event), who will dig into food history depicted through the toys. The event is adults-only but dolls are welcome; it takes place Thursday, May 22 at the Brooklyn museum. Tickets are $25 for the event and $50 with a copy of the book (entry gets attendees access to the museum’s current exhibit “Flavor”)." - Emma Orlow
