North 5th is truly a family operation as the owners are joined by the brewers who are brothers, Patrick and Sam Tofte. The brewery has a nice lineup of styles, specializing in lagers, such as Mexican Lager, German Pilsner, and West Coast Pilsner; and ales like West Coast IPA and Hazy IPA." - Bob Barnes
