"Until Knife closes and reopens as something new in August, its burger will have a place on this map. The Ozersky is a classic, but it also offers the Beef Cheek; the Pimento, which comes with a healthy serving of pimento cheese; and the Magic, which is served on an English muffin (the last two are only available on the lunch menu). Burgers here are cheaper at lunch, running between $20 and $25, and $25 and $28 for dinner. The fries, which come with salsa verde, are practically irresistible. Despite chef John Tesar’s recent departure, the quality stands. The staff here have been making these burgers for a good long while. Best for: If you want a tranquil lunch, we went by recently, and it was absolutely dead. The service is fast when the places are empty." - Courtney E. Smith
