"Sparkman Cellars is also moving to the former Redhook Brewery property, although it is still in the permitting process with no clear opening date. The new 30,000 square foot space will include an intimate tasting room, outdoor patio with fire pits, a grand event hall, private event spaces, and an expanded production facility. Sparkman will offer wine flights, tastings, private barrel samplings, seminars, live music, and small bites.
