And while the crepes here are all very good, the move is to order the matcha crepe cake, a stack of thin matcha crepes with a fresh matcha cream between. The cake is finished with a heavy dusting of uji matcha powder for extra flavor. These cakes are pre-order only and cost a hefty amount for a slice, but are so worth it.
