"A Phoenix-based fast-casual pizzeria has opened a third Texas location at The Hill off Walnut Hill Lane and I-75; the brand already operates two DFW outposts in Irving and Prosper. The menu focuses on quick, shareable pizzas with creative toppings—examples include chicken pesto, artichoke and mushroom, prosciutto and fig, a spicy chicken sausage pie with hatch green chiles and smoked mozzarella, and a “lasagne pie” topped with spinach, mushrooms, ricotta, and meatballs. Starters and other carb-forward options include multiple bruschettas and several pasta dishes, while lighter choices feature soups and salads such as a salmon-topped kale salad with black currants, cashews, farro, romaine hearts, and champagne vinaigrette. Desserts range from tiramisu and gelato to a decadent “pizza cookie” (a half-baked triple chocolate chip cookie dough base crowned with a scoop of gelato).
