One of NYC’s Best Noodle Shops Appears to Be Moving to Plano | Eater Dallas

"Beloved in Queens for its hand-pulled “dial oil” noodles—seasoned with garlic, vinegar, and hot oil—and for traditional Henan dishes that earned food critics' raves after opening in Elmhurst in 2011, this restaurant closed its Elmhurst location in January 2018 and now appears to be relocating to Plano. Tipsters spotted “coming soon” signage in the window of 8200 Preston Rd #110 (the former Minato Ramen and Izakaya space), and the restaurant's website promises a soon-to-be-announced grand opening along with a better environment and more traditional Henan offerings." - Adele Chapin
