Executive chef JoJo Ruiz is offering a five-course prix-fixe menu for New Year’s Eve with dishes like Australian wagyu beef tartare, kampachi crudo, braised lamb rigatoni, New York strip with poached lobster tail, and a dessert made with matcha semifreddo, meringue, and matcha sponge cake. The cost is $170 per person including a Champagne toast to end the night.
