"Chef and reality-TV star Tim Love’s new Barcelona-themed, 82-seat rooftop lounge in Fort Worth’s Stockyards sits atop the SpringHill Suites by Marriott at 2315 N. Main Street (the hotel’s former Wells Fargo) and was designed by Studio 11. The menu blends elevated Spanish tapas with Texan flair—brisket croquettes, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, Spanish flatbreads, and grilled oysters dressed with guanciale—plus upscale charcuterie built around Spain’s prized Iberico ham and black lime-garlic lomo embuchado; an elaborate “José’s Tacos” adorns Iberico ham with caviar and gold flakes. The drinks list emphasizes wines, cava and sherries from Spain alongside creative cocktails such as a blood orange sangria spiked with tempranillo, a horchata Old Fashioned, a sherry-and-soda elixir, and a PX Float dessert finished with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. Studio 11’s design channels Barcelona with brick arches, a modern glass roof, large potted plants and living green walls, and the perch offers prime views of Fort Worth landmarks including TCU stadium, Will Rogers Memorial Center and Dickies Arena. Hours begin at 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. on weekends, with an anticipated opening for the long holiday weekend on Friday, January 17." - Tierney Plumb
