"After first opening in Kennesaw this past November, sparking furious debate as to which cities and counties are considered part of metro Atlanta, Whataburger continues making inroads into north Georgia this week. A second location opens Thursday, January 26, along Highway 92 in Woodstock in Cherokee County — a county the Atlanta Regional Commission deems part of metro Atlanta.
