"Located in Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch community inside the Millenia Commons shopping center, this outpost of Grater Grilled Cheese began as a food truck in 2011 and opened its first storefront in 2014; owners Bernardo and Maya Kanarek plan to relaunch franchising in early 2021. I note they currently operate locations in Mission Valley, Irvine, and Huntington Beach after shuttering their Del Mar Heights outpost earlier this year, and also run a related eatery, Grater Greens, in the Mission Valley area.
