"Northern Nevada favorite Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs specializes in all things breakfast with a menu of “Glorified” skillets. Huevos rancheros, a Sierra omelet, and breakfast burritos, plus “Glorified” Benedicts of smoke salmon, steak, and “Chef George’s Benedict,” created with chorizo patties topped with chipotle Hollandaise fill giants plates big enough to share.
