"Located in the Safeway Plaza on Pleasant Hill Road, I found Sabor Inka to be a family-owned gathering spot for the metro Atlanta Peruvian community that specializes in northern-Peru (Chimbote) dishes and generations-old family recipes, with seafood taking center stage. Highlights include ceviche de pescado (white fish marinated in lime with red onions and cilantro), sudado de pescado (sea bass fillet cooked in tomato sauce), and the hearty seafood soup parihuela (similar in style, but not in flavor, to French bouillabaisse), and for dessert the restaurant serves leche asada, a baked milk custard." - Beth McKibben
