The Best Coffee Shops in Vancouver, Washington | Eater Portland

"The one-hour trip to Yacolt is worthwhile for coffee nerds seeking a bit of history and the chance to chat with owner Todd Millar who spent a year putting together and restoring the oldest operating Probat coffee roaster in the world. A delegation from the Germany and United States offices of Probat took the trip out to Yacolt to verify its authenticity. They believe it was built in 1896. Millar serves hot mugs of hand-pulled espresso made from the medium dark Mocha Java blend of beans fired in his historic roaster." - Rachel Pinsky
