Under chef Nick Hurry, the menu highlights locally sourced ingredients—eggs from Dallas, corn tortillas made in Oak Cliff, and grapefruits from McAllen—turned into items like chorizo-and-egg breakfast tacos available all day, vegan Beyond burgers, and classic queso. The drinks list leans into Texas classics, including a Ranch Water (vodka, lime, Topo Chico) and a prickly pear margarita.
