"An all-day, Texas-focused taco restaurant that opened in the Bishop Arts District, this new spot is the third of four concepts from Exxir Hospitality at 250 North Bishop Street, joining earlier openings Paradiso and Botaniste. Under chef Nick Hurry, the menu highlights locally sourced ingredients—eggs from Dallas, corn tortillas made in Oak Cliff, and grapefruits from McAllen—turned into items like chorizo-and-egg breakfast tacos available all day, vegan Beyond burgers, and classic queso. The drinks list leans into Texas classics, including a Ranch Water (vodka, lime, Topo Chico) and a prickly pear margarita.
