"An upcoming all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and hot pot restaurant in the Arboretum neighborhood offering the same dual-format dining: tabletop grills for a wide range of meats and vegetables and individual simmering hot pots with multiple broth choices (Thai tom yum, Sichuan spicy, vegetarian tomato, Japanese miso). Hot pot add-ins include a variety of sliced meats (pork, beef belly, lamb, chicken), Spam, crab meat, quail eggs, fish roe balls, dumplings, noodles, rice cakes, fried taro, lotus root, seaweed, mushrooms, and multiple dipping sauces. The concept launched in 2018 in Flushing, New York and has rapidly expanded across the country, including locations in Houston and a recent opening in San Antonio; an opening date for this Arboretum site has not been announced." - Nadia Chaudhury
