"Dean Fearing is known as one of the fathers of Southwest cuisine, a style of cooking centered at his namesake restaurant inside the Ritz-Carlton. That Southwest vibe spills into the dining room’s color palette and contemporary decor — and there is no lack of private dining rooms (yes, plural) available here. Like most hotel bars, it serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a Sunday brunch.
