"I watched a viral video of a pure exchange between a customer and cashier Cynthia Carter—known to regulars as “Miss Cynthia”—at the Loyola Drive Popeyes drive-thru in Kenner, Louisiana. The clip, posted to Facebook by Aundra Woodfin on March 8 and first reported by local radio station Hot 107.9, had been shared roughly 15,000 times by Thursday; Miss Cynthia has been singing orders at this location for more than 30 years, with videos of her service dating back to 2008 and appearances on the Meredith Vieira Show in 2014.
