"Pajarito is a popular taco and tequila restaurant first opened in the winter of 2016 by Chef/owners Tyge Nelson and Stephan Hesse. It has built a stellar reputation on tacos and tortas and is now opening a second location in the former Tejas location in Edina. The new location's dining room needs only light refreshing, with the kitchen already extensively remodeled by previous tenants.
