"A West 7th taco-and-tequila restaurant that opened in the winter of 2016, it has built a stellar reputation for its tacos and tortas under chef-owners Tyge Nelson and Stephan Hesse; now they're opening a second location in Edina at 50th and France. The dining room at the Edina site needs only a light refreshing, and the kitchen was extensively remodeled by previous tenants, so the menu will be much the same as in St. Paul and will continue to make great use of wood-fire. This was Nelson and Hesse's first time as owners running their own kitchen, and the restaurant has become part of the chef-driven dining trend along West 7th and an essential spot on the Twin Cities scene." - Joy Summers
